Tiandra Robinson
Tiandra is a dedicated trainee therapist pursuing a master’s in Counselling and CBT, here to support individuals in elevating their awareness and independence.
Building on her primary studies in psychology, she built experience in supporting individuals facing a range of challenges in settings such as mental health, prison services and education over the last six years. Her journey into the field of psychotherapy is fuelled by a commitment to understanding the complexities of the human mind and helping individuals navigate their emotional and psychological challenges.
Her process provides a safe, non-judgemental space for individuals to explore complex emotions and identify deep rooted patterns influencing present behaviour. Utilising a psychodynamic approach, she strives to support individuals in grasping these patterns and fostering healthier methods of coping.
Ana Marques Makhdum
Here to assist individuals on their path towards self-understanding. With a solid foundation in psychology and currently advancing her expertise as a student through a master's program in CBT and Counselling, she brings over eight years of experience supporting individuals facing various challenges.
Rather than providing quick fixes, she aims to aid individuals in unravelling complex emotions and recognising repetitive patterns that may hinder their progress. Grounded in psychodynamic therapy, her approach focuses on helping individuals comprehend these patterns and cultivate healthier ways of thinking and relating.
Within sessions with Ana, clients encounter a secure, non-judgmental, and confidential space where they can openly share their concerns and thoughts.
