At Jamie Clarke Counselling, we are proud to introduce our team of therapists and counsellors who are passionate about helping individuals on their journey towards better mental health and well-being. Our team is a diverse mix of skilled individuals, including experienced qualified professionals and students working towards their counselling qualifications.
More affordable and lower cost counselling sessions are available with a £10 discount per session with every counselling student.
Our therapists and counsellors are committed to providing personalised support and guidance to our clients, ensuring that they feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their counselling journey. They are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to address a wide range of mental health concerns and help individuals achieve personal growth.

Libby Hill – Integrative Counsellor BSc (Hons)
A qualified Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor BSc (Hons), graduated in 2011. During her training, gained experience counselling people with drug and alcohol problems and other addictive behaviours. Following graduation, received extensive training with Link Barnardo’s, working with people involved in the fostering and adoption process. Focusing on attachment and developmental matters.
Areas of expertise, includng (but not limited to):
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Relationship problems
- Trauma
- Bereavement and loss
- Anger management
- Substance abuse
- Addictive behaviour
Possesses BACP membership and various CPD in line with professional requirements.
Being an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, Libby is able to draw from several theories, including CBT, to help explore anything that may be troubling you. First and foremost, putting you at the heart of the work.
Libby is currently available to see teenagers and adult individuals on the following days and times:
- Saturdays - 9:30am, 11am, 1pm, 2:30pm & 4pm (in person).

Katrina Coelho – Integrative Counsellor (BA Hons)
I am an integrative counsellor with a BA (Hons) in Counselling, and five years of training and experience. As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to professional and ethical standards and will soon be fully qualified. My passion lies in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients from all walks of life can explore their emotions, challenges, and personal growth in a way that feels right for them.
I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and take a holistic approach to therapy, looking at the whole person rather than just their immediate challenges. I consider the mind, body, emotions, and personal experiences, ensuring that my clients feel truly seen and understood. My practice is built on a foundation of empathy, acceptance, and a commitment to providing a space free from judgment.
I am excited to continue this journey, supporting individuals in their personal growth and helping them discover a deeper sense of wholeness and empowerment.

Lucy Newton – Student working towards BA (Hons) in Counselling (Affordable Option)
As a second-year student on the BA (Hons) Integrative Counselling course, I am pleased to offer counselling sessions as part of my placement.
With two years of practical skills training, I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for adult individuals to explore challenges and work towards healing, growth, and self-development. Sessions are offered face-to-face and paced according to your individual needs.
Drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches, I tailor our work together to suit what feels most supportive for you.
Lucy is currently available to see adult individuals on the following days and times:
- Wednesdays - 6pm, 7:15pm & 8:30pm in person.
Fee: £40 for 60mins
