Initial Consultations

This is an informal chat that helps us establish what you would like to gain from counselling and whether you feel safe to continue with me. You will be charged at the standard session rate. There is no obligation to continue with counselling at this point.

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are welcome:

  • Bank transfer (account details will be provided prior to your initial consultation).
  • Cash.
  • Credit/Debit Card/Phone payments (no additional charge for this service).

How We Set Our Prices

We set our prices at the average cost of counselling sessions of adult individuals and couples within the location of Ipswich.  We are determined to remain competitively priced, which allows as many people as possible access to private counselling services.  However, concessions are available on a discretionary basis.

Prices

All counselling sessions prices apply to In Person Counselling & Online Counselling for adults aged 17 years and upwards.

Individual Counselling £45 per 60min session for adult individuals
Marriage, Couples and Relationship Counselling £65 per 60min session for couples
Outside organisations/EAP providers/Insurance work

Counsellor Supervision

I charge £70 per 90min session for Qualified Counsellors, and £60 per 90min session for Student Counsellors.

BACP will require you to receive total 1.5 hours supervision per month, whilst other organisations may have different requirements.
